Is it really free to build an event?
Yes — creating, editing, previewing, and publishing events is always free. Attendees pay a small service fee of 2% + €0.25 per paid ticket — you keep the full ticket price. Free events cost nothing at all.
What happens if I stop the listing?
Your event goes offline (not deleted). You can re-publish it at any time at no cost — publishing is free. Your draft and all data are preserved.
Who handles payments to attendees?
You do — as the merchant of record. EventYard connects your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Refunds are your responsibility as the organiser.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel a listing from your event settings at any time. The event stays live until the end of the current billing month.
